Press Release
Country property specialists DMH Baird Lumsden are delighted to be able to welcome back to its Edinburgh office property specialist Ricky Frew, who is rejoining the firm after an absence of three years.
Ricky, 46, is a recognised expert in the Scottish property market with over 20 years agency experience in Scotland and is a member of the National Association of Estate Agents. During his absence from DMH Baird Lumsden, he concentrated his attentions on his own property development interests.
Working out of the Alva Street office, Ricky will bring his considerable expertise to bear on DMH Baird Lumsden’s involvement in the prestige and country house sector, in which it is recognised as a quality player.
Ricky said: "I am very pleased to be returning to DMH Baird Lumsden after having had the opportunity to develop my own property interests. DMH Baird Lumsden is recognised throughout the country as a highly professional organisation with a wide range of interests and activities. It provides its clients with a consistent, high quality service.
"I am looking forward enormously to becoming involved in selling its wide portfolio of properties and dealing with the interesting people I will deal with in the process."
Gordon King, country property partner at Alva Street, said: "It is a great coup for DMH Baird Lumsden to be able once again to secure the services of Ricky Frew. He is an acknowledged expert in his field and will bring an unrivalled expertise and aplomb to a most interesting market."
